GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of radical generosity. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.1

This year for GivingTuesday Southland is raising funds to aid in our Global Staff Initiative. Each year as the camp hires 75 summer staff members, it seeks out international students interested in aiding with the youth camps. These students are brought to the United States to work at Southland and they are sustained by the Global Staff Initiative while they work at camp.
