LOOKING TO HONE YOUR MUSIC SKILLS FOR MINISTRY IN THE LOCAL CHURCH?Music camp provides a unique opportunity for young musicians who desire to use their talents for the Lord in the local church and other areas of ministry. Sacred music will be the heartbeat of music camp. Breakout sessions, one on one coaching with music camp staff, and track meetings will be geared toward providing campers with resources for developing their musical gifts to be used in the church. Music camp gives campers direct exposer to individuals who have vast experience in the sacred music world, as well as peers who are in similar stages of their musical career.

Camp capacity is limited to 50 high school campers.

Piano campers will love spending time learning strategies for hymn playing, accompanying groups for church, practice strategies, and tips for thriving as a church pianist. As a piano camper, there will be opportunities to have one on one lessons with one of the music camp coaches. Campers in the music track will have the opportunity to play in ensembles, as well as accompany other music camp instrumental ensembles. Piano campers will also sing in a large choir which will include all music campers.
Skill level required: intermediate.

Campers who are part of the band track will have the opportunity to develop their skills on their respective instruments through private sessions with one of the music camp coaches. Band campers will also have the opportunity to rehearse with and perform in ensembles both large and small. Band track group sessions will focus on rehearsal techniques, performance strategies, technique improvement, and more. Campers will also sing in a large choir which will include all music campers.
Minimum of 2 years experience on prospective instrument.

The vocal track is great for campers who love to sing and want to improve their vocal capabilities. Vocal technique will be a big emphasis for these campers. Learning and implementing healthy singing habits is crucial in every vocalist’s life. One on one coaching sessions will be available for campers in the vocal track where campers will get to work with a music camp vocal coach. Vocal campers will spend time rehearsing in small ensembles, as well as singing in the music camp choir.
