*A $25 non-refundable registration fee is due to reserve your spot. Churches may reserve a room by paying a minimum of 3 registration fees ($75) per room. The remaining balance of $345 will be due at check-in. Churches may reserve a maximum of 10 rooms. Please contact the office if you have any room requests, handicap or other needs that will determine your housing assignment. We will do our best to accommodate. Note: all hotel rooms have been reserved for both retreats.

Once again, Ladies Retreat is approaching rapidly! This year’s theme is going to be about taking time out to truly retreat and enjoy being in the moment, catching a break from the hustle of life. We look forward to an amazing weekend learning together from God’s Word, growing together through sweet fellowship with other ladies longing to be more like Christ, and relaxing together, retreating from the responsibilities God has given us as we serve those around us.
The dates this year are September 26-28 or October 3-5. Registration for the retreat begins in the office at 4pm on Thursday and ends with brunch at noon on Saturday. This year we are going to set up a game area for your relaxation so if you have board games you really enjoy, feel free to bring those along to play. If the weather permits and it is not too hot, we will have a bonfire provided as well. Bring your folding chairs for your comfort if you wish! Make yourself at home all weekend!
If you would like to order a Ladies Retreat t-shirt (sizes small through 3x), the cost is $20 and all orders must be placed by Tuesday, September 3rd. The material is a unisex comfortable triblend so it fits very modestly and true to size. Either communicate with the sponsoring leader for your group to place your order or call Kelly at our office, 318.894.9154 with your name and the size you would like. You may pay for your shirt upon arrival. *No orders may be submitted after September 3rd so thank you for getting your order in right away.
Every year, we are overwhelmed and humbled at the outcome of our fundraiser utilizing our Silent Auction. The funds that you ladies have contributed to God’s camping ministry are being used to further His work as we simply long to provide a cozy, welcoming space for people who are seeking to grow in their walk with Him. We thank you from the bottom of our heart for participating and giving so graciously to meet the needs here!
Over the past two years, you provided funds to purchase new bedding and curtains for all of the sponsor housing. We cannot wait for you to see how those rooms have been transformed. What a beautiful blessing to watch how the Body of Christ works together!
The Silent Auction will begin Friday morning and run through Saturday morning. All proceeds this year will be going towards giving Stokes Lodge a facelift. Our desire is to give an old building a fresh look — an attractive and welcoming sparkle as it is viewed from so many angles of the camp.
If you would love to participate in some fun shopping and contributing, bring your auction items to the lobby upon arrival and we will place them in the shopping section. Over the years we have seen amazing varieties of items - from jewelry to home decor to plush blankets to oils to specialty foods! Please feel free to shop the clearance aisles of TJMaxx, Marshalls, Hobby Lobby, Walmart - wherever you love to shop. Any and all selections are welcomed with our hearts of gratitude for your sacrificial contributions to the cause!
We look forward to seeing you in just a little over a month. We are praying for you as you prepare to leave your families and obligations for a few days (we know the hard work that goes into that!) to come be with us.
